- 400g of diced pork
- 1 large onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 fresh chillies
- Vegetable oil
- Garam masala
- 1 tomato tin
- Salt to taste
Heat the oil in a large pot to a high temperature. Add the onions and cook until they’re golden.
Add the garlic, ginger, and chillies. Then cook for two minutes on a low heat.
Add the diced pork, and mix thoroughly, cooking for 5-7 minutes. Add water if the mixture is dry or sticking to the pot.
Add the garam masala and mix well for five minutes.
Add the tomato tin and cook on a medium heat for 45 minutes, or until the pork is well cooked.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
