Riata

Ingredients: 

  • 1 10cm piece of cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 6 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt and pepper to season

Method: 

Mix all the ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
Decorate with a sprinkling of chilli powder.

Serve.
