- 8 rashers of streaky bacon
- 8 pork sausages
- 2 apples (cut into wedges)
- Potatoes and sweet potatoes (chopped into chunks)
- Onions (chopped into quarters)
- Optional Ingredients:
- Red onions
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius.
Wrap the bacon around the sausages.
Put the sausages and vegetables into a baking dish.
Drizzle a little oil over the sausages and vegetables.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Add the apples, stir and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve with salad.
